pleasant police are searching for the driver who rammed a squad car and then took off. officials say an officer was responding to a call when he noticed a vehicle coming at him. the suspect hit the squad's driver side door...and then took off. this all happened around 10-30 last night on 16th street near ostergard avenue. the officer was not injured....but the door of the squad was destroyed. police say the suspect was driving a dark sedan. if you have any information give police a call. this morning were learning more details about a single vehicle that happened near 32-nd and atkinson sunday morning. two people are dead... another clinging to life.... julie collins joins us live from the crash site with more - julie? police say the driver of the s-u-v was drunk... and didnt even have a drivers license. charges were filed against the driver yesterday... while family members gathered for a vigil... according to the criminal complaint - .24-year old trejon price was driving the s-u-v. he allegedly told police at the hospital he had been 'out at the

rolled over and hit a utility pole. the crash left 31 - year old nielya niel-ya owens unconsciousness and on a breathing ventilator at the hospital. it killed two others - 26- year old tamika washington was in the back seat of the suv at the time of the crash she was transported to the hospital and pronounced dead a few hours later. and 24 -year old nikayla heddinger was also a passenger in the red chevy trailblazer - she suffered head trauma and was pronounced dead at the scene. church picnic, just happy, talking. its just a lot. it just seems unreal, she left behind 3 kids, her youngest son is 2 months.' price faces two counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle... and injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle.

license. reporting live from 32nd and atkinson - julie collins. fox 6 news. looking ahead -- we're expected to learn the fate of the man who shot and killed another man after a fender- bender. 28-year-old octavia dodson pleaded guilty in april to the second degree reckless homicide of deshun freeman. according to court documents -- dodson told police he followed freeman after his car was hit, but freeman was trying to drive away. once he caught up with freeman -- dodson shot him. dodson is afternoon. an angry parent accused of making terrorist threats against his child's school is out of jail this morning after posting a seven thousand dollar bond. angelica is in the newsroom with the charges he's facing. the parent now faces serious charges for his alleged choice of words. "jesse culp" had his court hearing yesterday -- after "random lake" school officials say he threatened to "light this place up". according to a criminal complaint, school officials contacted culp

child was being harassed and wanted a principal removed. the superintendent feared for the principle's safety. "without a doubt it was certainly a threat that the school took as to be a threat of the school's property." documents say a family member of culp's told law enforcment that he is a veteran who suffers significant post-traumatic stress disorder and other psychological issues. he also faces a bail jumping charge because making the alleged from a previous case. a 13-year-old student is arrested after milwaukee police say he brought a b-b gun to school and injured two officers. milwaukee police say around 2:30 yesterday afternoon.... officers were called to benjamin franklin elementary regarding a student who had brought a soft shot, plastic b-b gun to school. as the officers spoke with the student, he became physically

after resisting the officers attempt to control him. no students were hurt but the two police officers were hospitalized after suffering non-life threatening injuries while trying to arrest the teen. those injuries though... were not from the b-b gun. the case will be presented to the milwaukee county district attorneys office in the coming days. kenosha police release surveillance pictures of the man who robbed three banks. police say the same suspect is believed to be responsible for all three robberies -- which happened tuesday afternoon -- all within 35 minutes. the suspect on washington road first. then, another chase bank on 6th avenue. and ended at the johnson bank on 60th street. no one was hurt in any of the cases. if you recognize the suspect -- get in touch with kenosha police. later today --- governor walker is expected to unveil his plans to fund road construction projects across wisconsin. walker says the two-year transportation budget has more funding for all levels of local government. to pay for it, the governor says he'll try not to increase taxes

32-nd and atkinson. another woman was badly hurt. and the driver of the car they were in is charged. julie collins joins us from 32nd and atkinson with more - julie? many family and friends gathered here to remember the victims of sunday's crash...while trying to make sense of it. police say 4 people were inside a red s- u-v at the time of the crash - and that the driver, 24-year old trejon price, was drunk... and had a suspended license. center line and lost control taking the right turn onto 32-nd... witnesses allegedly told police the s-u-v was traveling about 40 miles over the speed limit when it crashed. the s-u-v rolled over and hit a utility pole. police say his blood alcohol level was point oh 9-3, well over the legal limit. killed in that crash: 24 - year old nikayla heddinger & 26-year old tamika

confess to helping steven avery rape and kill photographer teresa halbach in 2005. in wednesday's motion, dassey's attorney says her client has been held in custody since march 2006 -- when dassey was 16 years old. she also argued the state has not demonstrated a strong likelihood of success on appeal....and stated he is not a flight risk and he would pose no danger to the public if released. new developments in the john doe investigation. accordg governor scott walker and republican lawmakers protected lead paint manufacturers after one of them helped republicans win elections. british newspaper "the guardian" published the documents yesterday. they show how walker directed millions of dollars in corporate cash to the wisconsin club for growth in the lead-up to the recall. the pro-walker group was not bound by contribution limits and does not have to disclose his donors. "the guardian" says walker's fundraiser laid out a strategy to fight the coming
